I am going to be completely honest...
I love to eat, and I love to cook... when
it's quick, easy and with recipes that I know how to cook well and not mess up! But even when I'm rushing from a business meeting, a production, a speaking engagement or to pick up my kids from school, I try to have something healthy and not leave myself hungry. I've learned that you can live a busy life and still have a nutritious diet avoiding unhealthy "filler" foods.
